Hello!All these are plugins, so all you need is to remove them from jboss-4.2.3.GA/server/default/deploy/nuxeo.ear/system/ I'm not 100% sure but I think you talk about <nuxeo-platform-virtualnavigation-*> and <nuxeo-platform-userworkspace-*>
