I added

but it isn't right..I don't see the link for repository when I logging in Nuxeo
in my dashboard.
I will replace personal workspace link with collaborative workspace link!

I don't know what "collaborative workspace" is. Maybe version of Nuxeo I work
with is older than yours. Anyway, if you use "collaborative workspace" and it
is part of <nuxeo-platform-userworkspace> you can't simply remove these
(<nuxeo-platform-userworkspace-*>) plugins (because you use them). But If you
only want to remove link <Personal Workspace> you can do this by contributing
something like this:

<require>org.nuxeo.ecm.platform.actions.ActionService</require>
<require>org.nuxeo.ecm.platform.userworkspace.actions</require>

Hello!All these are plugins, so all you need is to remove them from
jboss-4.2.3.GA/server/default/deploy/nuxeo.ear/system/
I'm not 100% sure but I think you talk about
<nuxeo-platform-virtualnavigation-*> and <nuxeo-platform-userworkspace-*>
