Ok, I know have a Web Folder on Nuxeo working using Windows Explorer.
This allows me to navigate and open documents.
When I open a document, you can see that it is locked when looking at it
via the Web interface.
However, if you make changes and save and close in Word and then
download the document from the web the changes are not there unless you
logout/login or clear the browser history (I'm using Firefox)....
Is this normal behaviour?
Other than that, the Microsoft Integration is looking cool - well done
again guys.

I can't find the 'Open Dialog' to enter the server address.
Do you mean the usual File / Open menu item to bring up the File
Choser Dialog box? From there I have the usual locations to load
documents from including 'My Network Places' but nowhere to enter
a server URL.
Enter the URL in the location where you would enter file name.
You can also use the WebFolder creation wizard from Windows Explorer.
