My personal priorities for the product/platform 1. Documentation - quality and structure, with a strong focus on how to achieve specific results 2. Documentation - timely release of documentation to align with product releases 3. Developer education - improve quantity, quality, and timeliness of developer resources 4. Roadmap process transparency - to get contributors, partners, and customers involved and engaged in the roadmap process 5. Desktop integration - seamless business process enablement requires that desktop tools (like, but not limited to, Office) be integrated with ECM in a way that is both flexible and resilient and affords users the ability to work more naturally and be less constrained by software. 6. DOD Records management certification - primarily because it facilitates sales into North American governmental and semi-governmental agencies
Of course there are many other odds and sods, some of which are covered in Stefane's (just published) 2010 roadmap.
