Hi,
The default behaviour of documents edited using WSS is to not increment
the version (major or minor).
I've read

and wondered if if would be possible to create a rule (or listener, or
something) that could change this to increment the version on WSS saving?
Would this be a sensible thing? Or does the Sharepoint protocol provide
a better mechanism?
