I'm trying to use Nuxeo to store xml documents, but when I import them using
the web interface they import as notes, and have their tag delimiters removed;
ie they are turned into plain text. I have seen a couple of posts from Sept /
Oct 2007 regarding this issue (for example "[Ecm] Where is the link between
mimetype and content (document) type?"), but have not seen any resolution. Is
there a straightforward way to do this or do I have to modify source code or
configurations? If the latter, could you please indicate the modules I'll need
to add / modify?
In a related issue, I have tried to preserve the XML markup by replacing < with
{ etc. This works; they are still notes, but the modified markup is retained.
However, when I use CMIS to download an individual file (using commands lifted
from the Nuxeo iPhone project ), it appears to concatenate all the notes in the
same folder. Is this intended behavior or a bug? And would this behavior be
likely to go away if I create a new document type for my XML files?
Thanks!
