No, I had not tried creating a new file as opposed to uploading; now I have
tried it, and it seems to work fine. I'll follow up in the documentation to
understand the difference. I'm not sure if it will resolve the second part of
my question, but if not I'll pos a question in the appropriate forum. Thanks
