For me, it's perhaps not very important. When you deal with documents, you deal with the document API, not with SQL. And it can be quite dangerous to make some change directly in the SQL db (although i know it works....) But, if it's integrated into VCS I don't see any reason to not put native sql foreign keys somewhere.... > > 2.
