That would be a bug but I can't reproduce it. Can you give
the exact scenario to reproduce it ? (and can you also
double checked that the document in the section is really
published and not waiting for publication, this is the case
if the user that publishes the doc doesn't have write right
in the section, it then wait for an admin to validate the
publication)
