Hi, The documentation you pointed out was linked to the use of Compass. Nuxeo 5.4.1 no more uses Compass but now relies on the database capabilities.
In your case, we need to understand why/how you would have incomplete fulltext data. Also, for a specific document, does editing it (modify+save) fix your issue ? It should. If there's an issue with the metadata extraction, reindexing wouldn't fix it. If you changed the available converters on your server, for instance, then it would be interesting to reindex all documents.
