Hi Joel. I support your idea that Ecofeminsm should be socialist as well.
I can't imagine a healthy Ecofemism with Capitalism. I can't imagine the
ending of most types of oppression (including the basis of much of gender
oppression) until capitalism is replaced with some from of economic
theory that values people over profits. I'd like to discuss this more
right now, but finals are a week away and my door is-a-knockin.
Suffice it to say that totalitarism is no more related to the economic
values of socialism anymore than crime is caused by the epidermis.
Stalinism is not socialism.--
