Al, if you think that it is wrong that women are discriminated against in
the workplace and you want to do something to address it, then do it
because it is the right thing to do, or to make up for your genders
oppression, or to assauge the guilt you should feel if you are in a
position to do something good and you don't.
Don't do it to 'help' us. Do it for yourself. Because it is right.
