I have not read this book. I should try to get it but I will probably
forget. I like to have these kind of 'true cost' figures but it means very
little unless I can have the comparitive figures for an alternative menu
which produces similar nutrition.
I have looked at a book compiled by a New Zealander, Peter someone but I
have forgotten what, which was intended to help people make Green choices. I
have forgotten the details because I did not feel it backed up its claims
adequately or took enough into account when deciding what was best.
Is John Robbins book well supported with evidence and comprehensive about
inputs including transport costs at all stages etc?
