Actually, anyone out there besides me remember the wicked stepfather of HAARP-- GWEN.... Theres a good bit of anti-HAARP literature out there.. for instance there are several books out now just on HAARP (Angels Dont Play with HAARPs may be one of them-- but Im sure that Im just butchering the title) Also, Nexus magazine (out of Australia) has run a series of articles on HAARp... In any event, GWEN ( the Ground Wave Emergency Network) was once another electromagnetic military toy from back in the 80's .. Anyone else remember it out there??? Is it still an active program? As you say, there is information available about HAARP. However, most people still don't know about it. Until the major networks and newspapers run stories about it, most people still won't have heard of it. My feeling on this is that it is irresponsible for the government to proceed without public consent, which means the public needs to be informed. Of course, how often does our government act responsibly? Well, what are your personal thoughts about the HAARP program? Joe Register
