I recommend the following two books for a historical development and good
explanation of ecofeminism:
"Green Paradise Lost" by Elizabeth Dodson Gray, Roundtable Press, Wellesley,
1979
"Reweaving the World: The Emergency of Ecofeminism" ed. Irene Diamond and
Gloria Feman Orenstein, Sierra Club Books, San Francisco, 1990.
I'd appreciate the posting of other good texts on the foundation of
ecofeminism.
