Some writers are trying the 'force-fit' approach - a king of
appropriation of 'soul' - now that all else seems to have been
committed to the organizationalist cause - am I over
interpreting the feminist 'cause?' Anyway I've said - got it off my
chest (so I'm flat chested, I guess). Helgesen - in her Webb of
Inclusion comes close to this kind of thinking in business - I mean
the concept of working with soul - also a book by Wheatley (title
escapes me); also Jesus CEO - by Laurie B Jones; Secretan's
Reclaiming Higher Ground you may already know about. Hope this is
