Anyone who is the least bit interested in male domination and the environment would know that there are links between over abundant intensive farming of animals and the environment (farms and farming have caused huge envirnonmental degradation and loss of species world wide and its still happening) therefore there are those of us who have withdrawn or spending dollar from purchasing meat and dairy products (we've turned vegan partly for the sake of the planet). One problem that has surfaced is the role of religion in encouraging people to exploit animals. Many believe that Jesus was a vegetarian (there are Essenes who have access to scrolls written at the time Jesus walked the Earth who are SURE Jesus was a vegetarian). Yet many Christians who would like to be vegetarian feel threatened by other Christians who quote passages out of the bible giving MAN dominion over animals. Therefore it is great to see websites that link Christianity to non=exploitation and cruelty to animals and the subsequent violation of mother Earth that is caused by the over population of the Earth by humans and their intensively farmed animals. I am a feminist eco-activist and proud of it. I am not an armchair eco-feminist but am in the front line of things. I have spoken on the radio and TV in interviews given by the press. What do you do to help women and planet Earth? If you are offended by my posts, just don't read them.
