Cyclonic disturbances and plate tectonics are not planned or
controlled by anyone or anything: they simply happen as a result of
the conditions which happen to exist and evolve here. No one had
to plan for the earth to spin around the sun or the moon to spin
around the earth, either - yet these are the sources of seasons and
tides. What is this obsession with presuming that someone or
something caused everything? Climate happens. Our actions do
however, alter the character of that happening (oxygen depletion
and carbon dioxide buildup and CFC release cause global warming
and the breach of our ozone screen). Joe

I would clarify number one-educating the men who generally are backward in
their viewpoints of women would be a major plus for developing countries.
When that occurs generally there would be a loosening of prohibitions of
the second item listed.
