Law and Critique, the prime international law review on
critical legal theory, was established ten years ago;
the editorial committee is Costas Douzinas (Convenor), Peter Goodrich,
Anton Schutz, Lindsay Farmer and Valerie Hoare. Law and
Critique invites the submission of articles in the areas
of legal theory, legal history, critical legal studies,
law and literature, law and psychoanalysis, feminist
legal theory, critical race theory, postmodern
jurisprudence, legal phenomenology, law and autopoiesis.
Past special issues include: 'Critical Legal Education';
'The Gender of Law'; 'Law and Postmodernism'; 'Law and
Literature'; and 'Law and Postcolonialism'.
