<< I abide in love with the Holy Spirit and she is pissed at this outrage.
I shall not cease to indict patriarchal Christianity with sharp sword tongue.
I shall continue diligently until every injustice committed
against woman and nature in the name of God is relinquished.

This is the judgement and the requital in true love and forgiveness.
Not personal belief, but sociobiological liberation from oppression.

 Chris.

Hi! Chris, No I am not pissed - I asked you many questions which apparently
were unanswered. Again, do you practice magic? Why magic and how does that
relate to the Holy Spirit of God?

Peace!
Angela

Subject: Discussing Cures and Causes!

Hi!

We ARE discussing cures and causes on the same list - maybe there should be 2
individual lists - one for cures - one for causes?

Who can argue which is more imporant finding a cure for an illness or a
solution to a problem or finding the cause of the problem or illness?

They are, of course, both important. I think what people who are discussing
the causes (including myself regarding religious beliefs) are asserting is
that it is at the root of the problem - If you can heal the cause (religious
beliefs) you can heal the root of the problem - or at least assure that once
you find a cure for the existing problem it will not sprout up again!

The problems:

Injustices to women, the other animals and the Earth

-
The causes:

Beliefs - how those beliefs are applied to everyday life - the forming of
families, communities, societies, governments, religious institutions,
educational institutions - everything stems from personal BELIEF systems that
form systemic beliefs.

That is the root of the problem of the injustices caused to woman, other
animals and the Earth.

The cures:

Permanent cure: Form an ecosystemtic belief that includes EVERYTHING - every
living thing as sacred!

(How to achieve that without God? My opinion - can't be done!)
I say go back to God - everything back to the source!
Chris says marry the dark and the light!

Temporary cure for existing problem: Work at changing established
institutions that hurt woman, the animals and the Earth.

(How to achieve that without some spiritual support? - My opinion - can't be
done!)
You can't save something that others do not think is worth saving!

We have to continue to work at changing or readjusting spiritual belief
systems - it is at the absolute root - we need to accomodate a better
universal understanding of the sacredness of all life.

I think this is exactly what Chris is trying to do with the sacred marriage.
I am just a chicken - a faithful chicken who believes in the mystery of the
trinity - how can I side with or abide with someone who doesn't - but it
doesn't mean I haven't thought about how to be more spiritually tolerant so
that all people are truly free to treat each other as equals, the animals as
co-existents and the Earth as sacred!

Note: This is not about what you call my dogmatic beliefs - this is how I
perceive life and see God in the ordinary - how I perceive God as the source
of all existence as the giver of Life and the source of True Love.
So here goes:

My final opinion: We are being led away from God - True God/True Love - by
the worshippers of money! That is also at the absolute root of the problem -
Again, think about how if we were true to the source - we wouldn't be in this
big eco-mess in the first place - The source is true love - We need to raise a
generation that doesn't worship money and understands that and applies this to
their systemic beliefs of life!

Peace,
Angela
