I really like that bumper sticker. Hopefully it would linger in anyone's
mind who saw it. And even more hopefully seeing it would change the way
they think about what they do every day and how they treat the earth. That
is of course hopeful thinking, but who knows. I think before we can change
anything about the way people treat the earth, we must first change the way
they perceive the earth. I was lucky enough to grow up in the country and
grew to love nature because it was all around me and I appreciated it. I
only wish that when people see such bumper stickers they stop and let that
statement really impact them.
