I would have to agree with Sarah that not all pets are mistreated by
staying in the house or having adequate housing outside. It saddens me
though to know that many pets are given inadequate housing outside
especially during the colder months. But many pets who live indoors are
very well taken care of. Too many pets are abused, I agree, but many are
not.
