Donna - I'm not really sure what actions other states are taking on the issue
of toxic waste.  The only thing I can tell you is to look the PIRGs up on the
web.  You can go into NYPIRG to find out more about that specific bill, and
check out the other states to see what they are doing.  As I said before, the
only way I know to get into it is to go through www.ecomall.com, then go into
the activism section.
