You obviously did not read Mr King's post. WHY DON'T YOU READ IT.
He apologised and then went on to give an explanation of why he chose to
assume a patriarchal position and gag the opinions of two feminists on
this list because IN HIS OPINION another feminist (whom they were
criticising) had opinions more in line with HIS beliefs.
This is an ECOFEM list, not a list where we all aquiesce to males who
choose to try to influence or dominate the list. If you can't accept
that, then it is YOU who should *get off the list*. Perhaps Mary Daly is
right, if you have a male in the class (or on an email list it seems),
women tend to be *protective* of that male even if he is being
patriarchal to their peers .(isn't that *sweet*)
