If this is the case, perhaps it is because AT&T and MCI and other
motherfuckers have raised the prices on phone bills so astronomically high
that many prisoners are unable to communicate with people outside the prison.
The prison situation in this country is intolerable and is rapidly becoming
another form of slavery.
I do recommend that you don't get scammed for someone else's phone calls
(!!), but also be aware of the situation of desperation in this country
amongst corporations trying to scam individuals caught in difficult times.
