I respect your position Jake, and as a survivor of violence and rape myself,
i understand your wanting to participate in an event like take back the
night. i see how it's important to you, or at least i think i do. and my
post wasn't meant as anything other than to voice my feelings, but i guess i
still (and i suppose this is a failing) think that for me, take back the
night is better as an all womyn event, having participated in both marches
that were closed to men, and marches that men were able to participate in.
