Do you know of defining criteria on gender in office regarding democracy and peace culture? Have you read any of the manifestos and declarations on the need for gender balance for true government and peace that are now cited worldwide? Does your media report on the gender balance declarations and constitutional clauses of countries and global organizatins around the world, and how this correlates with health care systems and social services? 3. Are your country and the countries that border it, or ally or trade with it, true governments yet, or are they still unbalanced mostly-monogenderments (umms)? This question is especially important for countries with lots of money and/or weapons. Do you know the names of countries that already have had balance of gender in political office for many years and decades, and those that are currently reaching gender-balance right now? Do you know which ones have had this for decades and have been leaders in peace culture? 3. Is the officialdom of the state, province or canton, and city or town you live in, a real government or merely a unbalanced mostly-monogenderement (umm)? Do you know where states and cities are gender balanced and more fully democratic? 4. Are the candidates offered by your country or your neighboring country's party (parties) unbalanced mostly-monogender selfcompromisers - some might call them soulsellers (umms) that have sold their human mutuality in order to run in elections based on expensive TV ads and mostly money, but still run on tickets that haven't affirmatively repaired and reconciled gender, racial and ethnic domination and injustices that contribute to world conflict. Or are all candidates and parties fully gender-balanced, and racially representative where minorities are present? In other words, is the election a real election or a unbalanced mostly-monogender $election (umm$), or p$eudo-election? Does the party have a collective standard of gender balance or is it every mostly-man for himself, and female dominatrixes and tokens are "welcome" - as long as they are in numbers nowhere near actual representation of their gender in the actual population, and balance? Do you realize there is more at stake than one candidate or a particular close race? Should you cast your vote in/for a process that is collective gender undemocracy and disaster? 5. Do you know the name of any of the major international organizations, such as the Interparliamentary Union, www.ipu.org, (which is the international legislative database clearinghouse for all countries), and other major global organizations that have been trying to bring gender balance, real democracy and world peace to all countries and the world? Did your TV, radio or newspaper media ever tell you about them? What is the current gender balance of commercial media? 6. Do you know about men, as well as women around the world, you have advocated gender balance in office recently, as well as historically? 7. Is the Internet a precursor to world-wide gender balanced true government, and is its roughly equal presence of women and men one of the biggest factors in preventing world disaster and keeping peace at this very moment? A Few Answers and Where to Look for Answers to All the Above: According to a growing international, truly global consensus, if it hasn't yet reached about 75% gender-balanced, that is, at least 37.5% seats and elected offices held by women as well as 37.5% seats and elected offices held by men, your or any officialdom is still at the dominating and dangerous mostly-monogenderment stage, and hasn't reached the levels of gender balance in representation to be a True Government that can sustain democracy, prosperity and peace (without a major or world war every several decades or so, (as if the next one could be survived). By this standard, the un is a mostly-monogenderment. Even though a 50-50 system of ambassador gender balance can be easily chartered, the un is far from gender balance in ambassadorships, and votes of both the Security Council and General Assembly are taken among mostly-men, appointed by mostly-men executives and legislatures of too many countries officialed by mostly-men, even though all countries' populations are more or less gender balanced. Thus, the un as currently constructed, sits caught at the pointy apex of a world of gender imbalance and unrepresentative domination. It's best peace making initiatives have often been spearheaded by leaders and countries who have been in the forefront of gender balance. Indeed, true, gender balanced governments of peace already exist in many and a daily growing number of countries, many thousands of cities, at most universities, many political parties, unions, and international good government organizations around the world. Many countries mandate elected and official gender balance and/or publically monitor it by law, with active public input, funding and intervention. Sweden and Finland are regularly around 45-55 and by law cannot allow themselves to far far below this, and other Scandinavian countries, Costa Rica, the Netherlands, Germany, South Africa, Mozambique and Argentina among others are approaching this range. France and India have either recently passed legislation for this (for cities and states) or are holding debates and recent sit ins to achieve it in national office. The UK mostly-monogenderment, in contrast is 17%-83%, and the US mostly-monogenderment is a shocking 13%-87% in the (im)balance of female and male in office, actually worse than the world average of about 14%-86%. They declare a human right, duty, and necessity for peace, to defer or withhold full world citizen recognition or carte blanche allegiance to regimes that dominate and fail to adequately seat representatives, including according to observable gender gaps (and lack of racial reconciliation). Any officialdom can become a true government AT ANY TIME with some passing of the batons to female and minority assistants and colleagues, by fellows who should quickly give up their seats to prove to themselves and the world that they can still be gentlemen, until regular real and balanced ticket elections are formally place. It is not unheard of for major officials to step down, in the interest of the people. Midterm replacements as well as special elections have been done quite successfully in several countries now. Several countries have gender balance clauses in their Constitutions. The natural pool of talent has always been available - it has simply been dominated and legally or culturally prohibited, neglected, ignored, or deterred by domination "election" tickets and political habits and hierarchies that do not sufficiently articulate a standard that values balance. Previous public office, and special training is not a barrier - some of the world's most beloved and famous Presidents and Mayors and public leaders started as political outsiders who learned to govern well based on concern for the people and principle. And, thanks to the Peace Corps and many other organizations, there are now literate people of both genders in most every country on earth, all ready to serve. True gender balanced government also functions either actually or potentially exists in every extended family/community. All human beings are endowed with and born into the potential of true government - shared mutuality among men and women, instead of domination-submission. True government is, and always has been, spread all over the earth. It is a political human right endowed by Nature's GOD. Today, most of literate humanity agrees with that and is beginning to see that more clearly now. Just in the nick of time!
