Hi,=20 =20 I am teaching ecology in a Brazilian universtiy for undergrad Biology = students and this year I would like to use texts (book chapters and = articles) about "parasite and host ecology and evolution". In some = classic ecology books this relationship is reffered more as a health = problem reinforcing the parasites causing deseases but not using an = ecological and evolutionary vision to explain patterns and processes in = the relationship.
and.... I know about these books:=20 - Clayton & Moore (eds). 1997 Host-parasite evolution. Oxford. - Poulin, R. 1998 Evolutionary Ecology of Parasites. Chapman & Hall. = (there is a new edition from 2007). - Thomas, Renaud & Guegan 2005 Parasitism and Ecosystems. Oxford. I dont have funds to buy these books and I would like to know if someone = have an old edition copy and would be interested in a donation. If not = possible, a photocopy of two or three main chapters would be very good! = The ideia is to use the texts to prepare lectures but also to use the = texts as student seminars and maybe a student will be interested in to = start a project on parasite ecology after that :)=20 Thanks for any help !!!=20 Voltolini
