Have a look at Charlie Nunn's work, on the co-evolution of parasites and hosts in mammals, particularly primates and carnivores. He published a lot in top journals and has recently co-authored a book. http://www.eva.mpg.de/primat/staff/charles_nunn/ Best wishes, Isabella -- Isabella Capellini, PhD Research Associate Evolutionary Anthropology Research Group Department of Anthropology Durham University 43 Old Elvet DH1 3HN Durham (UK) phone: +44 (0)191 3346187 fax: +44 (0)191 3346101 http://www.dur.ac.uk/isabella.capellini/ http://www.dur.ac.uk/anthropology/staff/profiles/?username=dan1ic
