Most public libraries can search university holdings. If you need to use
a public library that cannot, there is a way. Log onto almost any university
library web site and use Worldcat (or a similar academic search engine) to
locate the paper you need. Print a list of universities that have the journal
and take it to the public library. They can then make the interlibrary loan
request for you.
Also, many public and university libraries subscribe to InfoTrac and have
access to full-text articles online.
