Dear colleagues, We have very large sound files (MP3, 1.5-2GB in size) from recordings conducted in the field and are unable to open them in the sound analysis program we are currently using. The program somehow compresses them randomly into shorter files. We have tried multiple MP3 splitter programs that have not worked. I am positive that some of you have tackled similar problems and would greatly appreciate any input.
