The BCI plot is part of a larger network of permanent tropical plots.  See the 
CTFS website for more information (address below).  Additionally, we are 
currently putting in permanent plots using the CTFS protocols throughout the 
Hawaiian islands.  If I can be of assistance, please let me know.
