Dear Ecologgers,
I am a student at the University of Cape Town persuing a PhD study in
Rangeland Ecology. I am interested in developing models to assist understanding
the Effects of Rainfall variability and grazing strategies on the the
spatio-temporal dynamics of savanna rangelands. I intend to use cellular
automata to simulate animal (cattle) grazing in paddock system and compare
continuous garzing.
I wonder if anybody out there knows colleagues with skills in using Cellular
automata in MATLAB. I need assistance.
