Faculty position - Physiological Ecologist

The Biology Department at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock 
invites applications for a full-time TENURE-TRACK ASSISTANT PROFESSOR 
position to begin fall 2008.  We seek a physiological ecologist who will 
teach Mammalian or Comparative Physiology, as well as develop advanced 
courses in his/her area of expertise.  The successful candidate must have 
a strong commitment to teaching and is expected to develop an extramurally 
funded research program.  Applicants must have a Ph.D. in biological 
science; postdoctoral experience is expected.

The Department of Biology offers both the B.S. and M.S. degrees and 
participates fully in the Applied Biosciences and Bioinformatics Ph.D. 
programs.  The University of Arkansas at Little Rock is a metropolitan
