The Department of Biology at Southwestern University is seeking to hire
an adjunct faculty person to teach Comparative Vertebrate Morphology in
the spring semester, 2008.  This is an upper-level lecture/laboratory
course for 16 biology majors.The course is scheduled for lectures on
MWF 8:00-8:50 am with one laboratory on Monday afternoons from
2:00-5:00 pm.  In addition, the instructor for this course needs to
hold regular office hours for student conferences.The university will
provide an $8000 stipend for teaching this course to a qualified
teacher/scholar who has earned a Ph.D. A talented graduate student in
the final stages of completing a Ph.D. dissertation is eligible to
