For what it is worth, I would like to mention the following book related to
the environmental book reading thread:

American Conservation Movement: John Muir And His Legacy (Paperback)
by Stephen Fox (Author)

In high school I was always way more into history than biology -so maybe my
interest in this book is biased. And I admit that I read this after college
and not before. But it still might be of interest to some on this list if it
was not on your radar.
