I would appreciate any advice or suggestions for performing multivariate
analysis on the mean contaminant concentrations of ~100 different mine
drainages. The key parameters are pH, sulphate, Fe(II), Fe(III), Al, Mn, Cu,
Zn, Pb, Ca, and CO3, but I am considering other parameters as well. Available
datasets are quite varied, which is limiting the number of useful parameters.
My objective is to identify major groupings within the drainages, as well as to
identify the most significant variables.

Many thanks,
