Hi everyone, I have been working on distinguishing salivary amylase variants in Peromyscus leucopus and P.maniculatus using a pre-cast Titan acetate gel from Helena Labs and am trying to gain better resolution w/ a vertical acrylamide gel at my new institution. Does anyone happen to know the molecular weight of the amylase bands that have been used to distinguish between these two mice?
