Important Deadlines:

Abstract Submission: A 2-page extended abstract needs to be submitted before July 1, 2009. The proceedings will be published by the USTC Press after peer-review. Conference Registration: The early registration fee is $250 (USD) prior to 1 September 2009, or $300 after 1 September 2009. The student registration fee is $150.
