Hi Folks:

I am work on a data set to compare the genetic diversity of an invasive plant
in its native and introduced range. One issue is to assess whether our sampling
effort is sufficient to cover the genetic diversity. I hope to do some
analysis on the detected diversity as a function of sample size. Idealistically
something similar to the figure below (but I hope to use some diversity index
instead of the genotype). I am looking for software that can run bootstrap (or
similar simulation) for such analysis. Can anyone recommend some program?

Thank you very much.

The number of multilocus genotypes (G) of reed canarygrass detected in central
and peripheral regions of its invasive range (Vermont and North Carolina,
respectively) and native range (Czech Republic and France, respectively), as a
function of sample size. Dot-dash lines represent 95% confidence limits
obtained by randomly generating 50,000 replicates of G for every sample size.
This permutation procedure was used to assess the robustness of regional
patterns of genotypic diversity to unevenness in sample size.
