They describe a kicknet method that is often used by volunteer monitoring 
groups.  A kicknet can be made from a couple of wooden poles, staples, 
window screen and duct tape that can be found at a hardware store for 
relatively little cost.  Buckets for keeping your sample and pans and 
tweezers for sorting would be extra.
