Hi everyone, I was struggling for a while with performing permutation/crossvalidation test of nonlinear PCA (CATPCA) in order to assess the significance of the contribution of the separate variables to the nonlinearPCA solutions. Does anyone have an idea on how/package to perform this. For PCA maybe? Any hint would be much appreciated. Dragos
