I am developing a herpetology course at Tulane University and need to put together a collection of preserved specimens to use in conjunction with the laboratory portion of the course. Tulane had a teaching collection long ago but after years of non-use, it was donated to another university.
With this in mind, I am wondering if there are other herpetology teaching collections going unused that people wouldn't mind donating to help me get Tulane's new collection started? Any leads and any reptile or amphibian material would be appreciated. I'm more than happy to arrange for shipping or pick-up. Thank you! Cori Richards-Zawacki
