Transactions of The Royal Society B

PTRS is a peer reviewed journal that has monthly theme-based issues each year.

This announcement is to determine interest in contributing to a theme-based
issue on the use of stable isotopes in mammalian research at the national
and international level. Considerable research on stable isotopes in avian
species has been published and has provided insight into their multiple uses
to understand aspects of avian ecology. Although use of stable isotopes to
study mammals is increasing, a volume devoted to the topic could propel
applications of mammal isotopes into greater use by resource professionals.

If your research is completed or will be within the next year or two, please
contact me and express your interest in submitting to the special issue. If
substantial interest in such an issue can be identified, a pre-submission
inquiry will be submitted to PTRS.
