INSTRUCTOR IN ECOLOGY AND EVOLUTIONARY BIOLOGY. The Ecology and Evolutionary Biology Department of Rice University (http://eeb.rice.edu/) anticipates hiring an instructor for a non-tenure track faculty position to start in the fall semester 2012. The responsibilities of this position include teaching (lecture and lab courses), assisting with undergraduate advising, and coordinating additional educational activities. There are also opportunities for research particularly involving undergraduates. A PhD in ecology, evolution or a related field is required.
