thank you so much.. i had earlier seen the link " http://prometheuswiki.publish.csiro.au/tiki-index.php?page=Leaf%20pressure-volume%20curve%20parameters " and its very helpful, i am struggling with the curve fitting and linear regression of the graph as i am not good at making graphs and statistical tests and excel. i am a begginer.. it would be very helpful if i can get any protocol for developing the graph after i had the data for P-V curve thanks Chandrabala
