We have an expedition team that will be biking (yes that is right, biking)
to the South Pole leaving on December 13. This is a first ever attempt at
a bike to the pole.

The athlete is solo, but is willing to collect data as a volunteer along
his journey.

Please let us know if there is any information our athlete can gather as he
travels to the pole. You will have an opportunity to work on protocols
with the athlete directly.

If you would like to have data collected for you please take the time to
fill in our Volunteer Request
Form<http://adventureandscience.org/find-an-adventurer.html>.

Note: Once we have found a project that fits for our volunteer citizen
scientist, we will work with the researcher to secure proper research
permits. It would be premature to secure these research permits prior to
knowing what the research project will be. Our athlete has gone through
the proper channels to travel through Antarctica
