Hello Ecolog, I am looking to purchase a lab GPS device, to be used for accessing remote field sites mostly in the US. I am a little overwhelmed by the level of choice out there. I would like something pretty rugged, but that could be used for road directions as well as back-country hiking. I welcome all suggestions off-list at [email protected]. If anyone else is interested please let me know, and I will share the list privately or on-list if there is a large response.
