I've been a huge fan of Garmins Ique 3600 and 3200 for many years. They support everything you require and you can get optional accessories like keyboards if you need. They are sturdy and robust albeit not water proof. You can find ones in good condition on Ebay for under $100 usually. They also support most of Garmins mapping products.
