Hi!

I am a PhD student in University College of Cork and I study
the competition between L. minuta
(invasive in Europe) and the co-generic species L. minor. I will submit my
thesis in December 2015 and I would like
to apply for the Fulbright Irish Scholar award (deadline 31st of October). To
get the funding I need to submit a project with a US University partner and at
moment I am looking for it. Would anyone based in US be interested in developing
a project together? It can last from 3 months to 1 year and it can include both
research and lecturing. I am a plant scientist and I have three main area of
interest:

·
Invasive species (competition dynamics, factors
promoting the invasiveness and habitat restoration)

·
Duckweeds application (waste water treatment,
biofuel, natural fertilization)

·
Agricultural improvement

If anyone is working in one of these fields and is
interested in having a little help for one year, please e-mail me at
[email protected] and I will give more
details about my research and the Fulbright award I want to apply for.

Thanks for taking the time to read it
